To ensure that the electrical installations in your commercial property are safe, electrical testing is required at least every five years. As part of a periodic inspection, our electricians will check that each part of your electrical system is in safe and satisfactory condition. We can also complete PAT testing and check fire alarms and emergency lighting.

For your convenience, we can often quote for electrical testing over the phone if you have a larger commercial property. If more detail is required, one of our engineers will carry out a pre-test site visit free of charge.

Our aim is to keep your business running safely and efficiently and with this in mind we offer flexible appointments to cater to your working hours. To help you avoid costly downtime, we can carry out testing at weekends, during the evening or overnight – whenever is most convenient for you. We will liaise with management to ensure that testing is completed promptly with minimal disruption to your business.

Once testing is complete, we will issue you with an Electrical Installation Condition Report, or EICR. This report will either declare your electrical installation satisfactory, meaning that it meets all relevant safety standards, or will detail improvements that need to be made to bring your premises up to standard. Reports are issued digitally in PDF format and can also be accessed via our online customer portal.
